No membership model. Per-event tuition-based enrollment. Tuition varies by location but is $2,250–$2,450 USD per person in most cities. Tuition includes 1-year access to all online courses and mini-courses (40+ hours of pre-recorded content). Limited enrollment on a first-come, first-served basis. Free transfer to a future class if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the class start date. No refund for cancellations within 14 days of the class start date.

Operated by The Leaders Institute, LLC (corporate HQ: Arlington, TX). The Toronto class is held at a Regus co-working office in First Canadian Place. Corporate/private group training is available at a flat-rate fee regardless of group size (5–150 people), with a per-person materials fee. Over 25,000 speakers trained globally since 2002.
