Enrollment is per course; no ongoing membership model. Courses are priced individually and vary by program. The flagship Dale Carnegie Course is a multi-week program (typically 8–12 sessions). Pricing is available on request via the website or by contacting the NYC office directly. No refund is issued once any part of a course has been attended.

Dale Carnegie Training NYC is operated as a Center of Excellence franchise. Trainers have 30+ years of experience and undergo 150+ hours of development; training methodology is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The NYC office is located one mile from Dale Carnegie's original office in the Carnegie Hall Building.
