3. Prepared speeches — Members deliver structured speeches aligned with their Pathways learning path, evaluated by a designated peer evaluator

5. Awards & wrap-up — Best Speaker, Best Table Topics, and Best Evaluator awards are presented; networking and informal conversation follow
