Typical Session Flow

Arrival & welcome — Guests and members arrive, sign in, and receive the meeting agenda; a Toastmaster of the Day (MC) opens proceedings and introduces role-holders
Table Topics — A Table Topics Master poses spontaneous questions; volunteers and guests deliver short impromptu responses of 1–2 minutes, building off-the-cuff speaking skills
