ARS Akademie operates on a per-seminar booking model — there is no recurring membership fee. Participants register and pay per course. Prices are quoted per participant, excluding Austrian VAT (MwSt.). A 2-day rhetoric & body language seminar was historically priced at approx. €950 excl. VAT; a 2-day negotiation seminar is listed from €1,280 excl. VAT. Instalment payment is available for programmes priced from €2,000 and above. Early-bird discounts and promotional offers are available periodically. Inhouse seminars can be arranged on request.

Meeting schedule: Seminars run throughout the year on multiple scheduled dates. Rhetoric and communication seminars are typically 1–2 days in duration. Day 1 usually runs 09:30–17:30, Day 2 runs 09:00–16:30. Sessions take place at the ARS seminar centre in Vienna (1010) or at partner hotels. Online sessions are available via Virtual Classroom. Dates are published and bookable on the ARS website.
