Club Bilingue d'Edmonton Toastmasters Club #652 is a bilingual public speaking and leadership club located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The club operates in both of Canada's official languages — English and French — and is open to all interested parties regardless of language background. Guests are welcome to attend without any obligation to speak French. The club meets in a hybrid format (in-person at Campus Saint-Jean and via Zoom) on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM MT. Members follow the Toastmasters Pathways learning experience to develop public speaking, communication, and leadership skills at their own pace through structured speeches, peer evaluations, Table Topics (impromptu speaking), and club leadership roles.

Membership & sessions

Membership is open to all interested parties with no restrictions. Toastmasters International dues are USD $60.00 per six-month period (renewal periods begin April 1 and October 1), prorated at USD $10/month for mid-period joiners. A one-time new member fee of USD $25 applies to first-time members (effective October 1, 2025). Individual clubs may also charge supplementary club dues; contact the club directly for any additional local fees. Guests may attend meetings for free before joining.
