Membership is open to all interested parties with no restrictions. Toastmasters International dues are USD $60.00 per six-month period (renewal periods begin April 1 and October 1), prorated at USD $10/month for mid-period joiners. A one-time new member fee of USD $25 applies to first-time members (effective October 1, 2025). Individual clubs may also charge supplementary club dues; contact the club directly for any additional local fees. Guests may attend meetings for free before joining.

Club Bilingue d'Edmonton is part of Toastmasters International District 99. The club was chartered on June 9, 2003. It is affiliated with Campus Saint-Jean (University of Alberta's French-language faculty).
