Institut Transitions – Formation Prise de Parole en Public
Institut Transitions is a non-profit, associative professional training organisation based in Lyon, co-founded in 2019 by Anciela and practitioners of ecological and solidarity transition. Its public speaking course ('Construire une prise de parole en public efficace et percutante') is part of the 'Boîte à outils' short-course catalogue. The 14-hour, 2-day in-person training equips participants from transition-sector organisations with practical tools to deliver clear, impactful speeches and presentations: preparing content, structuring ideas, managing transitions, concluding effectively, and improving elocution through hands-on practice with peer and trainer feedback. No prerequisites required beyond knowledge of one's own organisation. The institute is Qualiopi-certified.
