West Coast Toastmasters Club

West Coast Toastmasters Club is a Toastmasters International-affiliated public speaking club located in the West Coast area of Singapore. The club meets every 2nd and 4th Saturday at West Coast Community Centre and also welcomes online guests via Zoom. It is one of Singapore's most diverse clubs, with members from over 20 nationalities. The club has achieved the prestigious President's Distinguished Club award for 20 consecutive years — the highest honour from Toastmasters International. It offers a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment for professionals, students, stay-at-home parents, and retirees to develop public speaking, communication, and leadership skills.

Membership & sessions

Open to all; no membership restrictions. Toastmasters International dues are USD $60 per six-month period (paid in April and October), plus a one-time new member fee of USD $25. Individual clubs may also charge additional local club dues — contact the club for current local rates. Membership is available to anyone aged 18 and above.

Services: Public speaking practice, Prepared speech delivery, Table Topics (impromptu speaking), Speech evaluations and constructive feedback, Toastmasters Pathways educational programme, Leadership development, Speech contests, Mentorship for new members, Networking opportunities, Hybrid in-person and online (Zoom) meetings
