Courses are purchased individually (no subscription membership). Instalment payments available via Klarna. A referral scheme offers £100 off for a referred friend and £100 cashback for the referrer. The 'Connection Circle' monthly online session uses a 'conscious payment' model (pay what you can, minimum £1). A 48-hour cancellation/refund policy applies from time of booking. One missed class per course can be redeemed by attending another cohort. Course completion earns a certificate.

Founded in 2014 as 'Public Speaking London', rebranded to School of Connection. Classes capped at 18 people in-person and 14 people online. All trainers have personal experience with anxiety and nerves. Curriculum includes breathing techniques, body language, voice training, improvisation, storytelling, and prepared speech delivery.
