Membership is restricted to employees, retirees, and consultants of the NYC Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP). Toastmasters International dues are $60 USD per six-month period (April–September and October–March), plus a one-time new member fee of $25 USD. Individual clubs may also charge additional club dues. Guests from other Toastmasters clubs are welcome to attend meetings.

Services: Public speaking practice, Leadership development, Prepared speeches, Table Topics (impromptu speaking), Speech evaluations, Toastmasters Pathways education program, Hybrid meetings (in-person and Microsoft Teams)
