Toastmasters International semiannual dues are $60 USD per 6-month period ($120/year). New members also pay a one-time $25 new member fee, which covers the first Pathways learning path and administrative processing. Individual club dues may apply in addition; contact the club for details. Attending as a guest is free.

The club met in person at MGH's main campus (Thier Conference Room, 1st Floor, Thier Research Building) until March 2020, when it transitioned to fully virtual meetings via Zoom. The MGH campus is accessible via the MBTA Red Line (Charles/MGH stop) and Orange/Green Lines (North Station stop).
