LoDo Toastmasters Club (Club 9839)

LoDo Toastmasters Club (Club 9839) is an informal, friendly, and welcoming public speaking club in downtown Denver, CO, chartered in March 1994. The club meets twice monthly at The Celtic on Market Street, a tavern in the LoDo neighborhood. Members improve their public speaking, communication, and leadership skills through Toastmasters International's proven Pathways education program, peer-evaluated speeches, and structured meeting roles. The club is open to all — from young professionals to experienced managers — and guests are always welcome to attend for free before committing to membership.

Membership & sessions

Open to all; no membership restrictions. New members pay a one-time $20 new member fee plus Toastmasters International dues of $60 per six-month period (prorated if joining mid-period). Additional club-level dues may apply. Dues are renewed twice yearly (April and October). Guests may attend meetings for free before joining.

Services: Public speaking practice and coaching, Leadership development, Toastmasters Pathways education program, Peer speech evaluation and feedback, Impromptu speaking (Table Topics), Structured meeting roles (Toastmaster of the Day, Timer, Grammarian, Evaluator), Networking with professionals, Speech contests (District 26)
