Membership may have professional and/or educational prerequisites — likely limited to GCFA staff or affiliated United Methodist Church employees. Toastmasters International semiannual dues are $60 USD (approximately $10/month), paid twice yearly in April and October. New members also pay a one-time $25 USD new member fee (effective October 1, 2025). Individual club dues, if any, are set separately by the club.
