Positively Charged Toastmasters

Positively Charged Toastmasters (Club #798761) is a public speaking and leadership development club based in Philadelphia, PA, part of Toastmasters District 38. The club meets virtually via Zoom on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month from noon to 1 PM, and is supported by PECO at 2301 Market Street. Membership is open to all interested parties with no restrictions. Guests are welcome to attend online meetings by emailing the club for the Zoom invite.

Membership & sessions

Toastmasters International semiannual dues are $60 USD per 6-month period ($120/year). New members also pay a one-time $25 new member fee (effective October 1, 2025). Club dues may apply in addition; contact the club for details. Membership is open to all with no restrictions.
