Open to all; no membership restrictions. Most members are State of Arizona employees but everyone is welcome. Membership dues follow Toastmasters International standard rates: $60 USD per 6-month period (semi-annual), plus a one-time $25 USD new member fee. Individual clubs may also charge supplementary club dues — contact the club for specifics. Guests may attend meetings free of charge before joining.

Services: Public speaking practice and coaching, Toastmasters Pathways education program (6 learning paths, 300+ competencies), Prepared speech delivery and peer evaluation, Table Topics (impromptu speaking), Leadership development and meeting roles, Peer mentoring, Speech contests, Networking with State of Arizona employees and community professionals, Hybrid meetings (in-person and virtual via Zoom/Google Meet)
