Downtown Speechmakers

Downtown Speechmakers (Club #8499) is a Toastmasters International club based in San Jose, CA, open to the public. Founded in 1991 (formerly known as Rollertoasters, renamed ~2015), the club meets in a hybrid format — both in person at San Jose City Hall (10th Floor) and on Zoom. Members develop public speaking and leadership skills through prepared speeches, impromptu speaking, and peer evaluations. The club is part of Toastmasters District 101, Area B06.

会員情報とセッション

Open to all; no membership restrictions. Toastmasters International semiannual dues are $60 USD per 6-month period (due April 1 and October 1). New members also pay a one-time $25 USD new member fee. Members joining mid-period pay prorated dues at $10 USD per remaining month. Individual club dues (if any) should be confirmed directly with club officers.

Services: Public speaking practice, Leadership development, Impromptu speaking (Table Topics), Speech evaluations and feedback, Toastmasters Pathways education program, Hybrid meetings (in-person and Zoom)
