No membership model. Courses are booked individually per seminar. Per-seminar fees apply (e.g. 'Rhetorik & effektive Kommunikation' listed at €1,180). Cancellation is free up to 4 weeks before start; 30% fee (max €500) within the last 4 weeks; 100% fee on the day before or day of the event. Inhouse/corporate training available on request with customised pricing.

Bijeenkomstschema: Seminars run on scheduled dates throughout the year (see website for current calendar). Office/advisory hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–18:00, Friday 08:00–16:00. Most courses are offered on a part-time, work-accompanying basis (evenings and Saturdays); some full-time formats available.

The IHK Akademie is located directly at the IHK Campus, easily accessible by S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and Tram at Munich Ostbahnhof. Optional overnight accommodation at the Seminarhotel Westerham (single room incl. breakfast and dinner from €135.50/night) is available for multi-day seminars held there. A monthly newsletter covers new seminars and certificate programmes.
