Zenspeak – Public Speaking Center of NY is located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and specializes in helping professionals overcome public speaking anxiety, stage fright, and social anxiety. Their signature 10-session program uses gradual exposure in manageable steps to build confidence in formal presentations, group discussions, business meetings, and more.
