Ballard Speakeasy Toastmasters

Ballard Speakeasy Toastmasters (Club #3997) is a long-established public speaking and leadership club in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, WA. Founded in 1979 and affiliated with Toastmasters International, the club meets every Tuesday at 7:00 AM at Ballard Baptist Church (with Zoom attendance also available). Members of widely different ages and backgrounds practice public speaking, impromptu speaking (Table Topics), speech evaluation, and leadership skills in a fun, welcoming environment. Guests are welcome to attend for free.

Lidmaatschap en sessies

Open to all; no membership restrictions. Toastmasters International dues are $60 USD per 6-month period (paid semi-annually in April and October), plus a one-time new member fee of $25 USD. Individual club dues may also apply. Guests may attend meetings for free before joining.

Services: Prepared speech practice, Table Topics (impromptu speaking), Speech evaluation and feedback, Toastmasters Pathways learning program, Leadership development and club officer roles, Speech contests (club, area, division, district levels), Mentoring for new members, Zoom / hybrid meeting attendance
