No fixed membership model. Training is offered on a per-programme or per-session basis, tailored to individual or corporate needs. Three programme tiers available: INITIATION (foundational group training without individual coaching), ACTION (group training with individual coaching), and MAÎTRISE (intensive coaching/mentoring for senior professionals). Pricing is available on request. Brussels-based SMEs may apply for a 'Prime Formation' training subsidy from the Brussels Regional Public Service (Service Public Régional de Bruxelles).
