Dupont Circle of Speakers Toastmasters Club
Dupont Circle of Speakers (DCS) is a Toastmasters club in Washington, D.C. (Club #2216, District 36) that has been providing a supportive, stimulating, and fun environment for public speaking and leadership development since 2002. The club meets in a hybrid format on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wednesdays of the month at 6:45 PM, with the in-person component in the Dupont Circle area. Guests are welcome and encouraged to join 15 minutes early. DCS has earned Distinguished status or higher for more than 20 consecutive years and has achieved President's Distinguished status — the highest level — in 8 of the last 9 years. It has been praised as a 'model club' by District 36 leadership, and several members hold the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation.
