Membership is open to all with no restrictions. Toastmasters International dues are $60 USD per six-month period (April–September and October–March), plus a one-time new member fee of $25 USD. Dues are prorated at $10 USD per remaining month if joining mid-period. Individual clubs may also charge additional local club dues. Guests may attend meetings for free before committing.

Founded by Elizabeth Orlowski, Poland's First Toastmasters is the oldest Toastmasters club in Poland. The club operates under Toastmasters International District governance and holds bi-annual officer elections (January–June and July–December terms).
