Membership is open to all with no restrictions. Guests may attend meetings for free. Toastmasters International semiannual dues are $60 USD per 6-month period (paid twice yearly in April and October). New members also pay a one-time new member fee of $25 USD. Individual clubs may charge additional local club dues; contact a club officer for the current club-level fee.

The club is hosted inside the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce building at 1309 4th St SW — the largest Hispanic chamber of commerce in the country and the largest chamber of commerce in New Mexico.
