Per-course enrollment model (no membership). Courses are priced individually; NYIM Training courses generally range from $500 to $3,500 depending on duration and content. All courses include a non-refundable registration fee (10% of the undiscounted course price). Students may cancel up to 14 days before the class start date for a refund (less the registration fee); cancellations within 14 days are not permitted but rescheduling is allowed up to 3 business days before the start date. A free retake of the course is offered within 1 year. Corporate group vouchers and custom training programs are available at discounted rates.

NYIM Training is located in Midtown Manhattan at 185 Madison Ave, Floor 11, near Penn Station and Herald Square. Established over 20 years ago, NYIM has trained more than 10,000 students. Live online attendance via Zoom is available for all public speaking courses at no extra fee. Students can also attend via NYC Career Centers, a sister brand at the same address.
