Tucson Aztec Toastmasters Club

Tucson Aztec Toastmasters Club (Club #2531) was chartered on April 1, 1967, making it one of Tucson's longest-running Toastmasters clubs. With over 52 years of history, the club has served as a source of leadership and communications training for people of all walks of life, mentoring politicians, lawyers, actors, government officials, motivational speakers, pilots, company presidents, parliamentarians, and many other professionals. The club meets every Monday morning from 6:30 to 7:30 AM at the East Side City Hall, Ward 2, and is open to all interested parties with no membership restrictions.

Membership & sessions

Toastmasters International semiannual dues are $60 USD per 6-month period ($120/year). New members also pay a one-time new member fee of $25 USD, which covers the first Pathways learning path and administrative processing. Individual club dues may apply in addition; contact the club for specifics. Membership is open to all with no restrictions. Guests may attend meetings for free.

Services: Public speaking practice and coaching, Toastmasters Pathways learning experience (300+ competencies across multiple learning paths), Leadership development training, Prepared speech delivery and evaluation, Table Topics (impromptu speaking exercises), Peer feedback and mentoring, Speech contests (club, area, division, and district levels), Meeting role practice (Toastmaster of the Day, General Evaluator, Timer, Grammarian, etc.)
