Membership is open to all with no restrictions. New members pay a one-time joining fee of €24. Ongoing membership dues are paid semiannually (twice per year) via bank transfer to the club account; the exact semiannual amount is communicated via automated email upon completing the membership form. The club treasurer then registers the member with Toastmasters International and Easyspeak (tmclub.eu). The full sign-up process typically takes up to 2 weeks. The club has been President's Distinguished 5 times, Select Distinguished twice, and Distinguished twice in the Distinguished Club Programme. Three of the 12 District 59 Governors have been Munich Prostmasters members.
