Agora 75 Club (Toastmasters)

Agora 75 is a French-language Toastmasters public speaking club based in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, chartered on 1 December 1998. Members meet on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Mondays of each month at the Salle Aumonerie beneath Église Saint-Eloi. Meetings are member-led (no instructor) and follow the Toastmasters Pathways educational programme, covering prepared speeches, impromptu speaking (Table Topics), and structured evaluations. The club also offers hybrid attendance via Zoom. New members are paired with a mentor and assigned roles suited to their experience level.

Membership & sessions

Open to all adults with no restrictions. Membership requires submitting an application; candidacy is reviewed by the club board and voted on at the general assembly. Annual dues are paid by bank transfer to the association's account. Guests may attend meetings for free before joining.

Services: Prepared speeches (Toastmasters Pathways programme), Impromptu speaking (Table Topics / Improvisations), Speech evaluations and constructive feedback, Mentoring for new members, Leadership role practice (meeting facilitation, general evaluator, etc.), 6 Pathways learning tracks available, Hybrid meetings (in-person + Zoom)
