Open to all interested parties with no membership restrictions. Toastmasters International semiannual dues are $60 USD (approx. €55) per 6-month period, paid twice yearly (April and October). A one-time new member fee of $25 USD applies. Additional club-level dues may apply — contact the club directly for the current local fee structure. Guests may attend meetings for free before joining.

The Europeans is the oldest bilingual Toastmasters club in Paris, chartered October 1, 1996. It has sponsored the English-only club 'Speak Up Paris'. The club is part of Toastmasters International District 59, which covers Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Monaco.
