Bankmasters Toastmasters

Bankmasters is the Toastmasters club of OTP Bank, Hungary's largest bank, chartered in January 2021. The club is part of Toastmasters International (Club No. 07840907, Area A03) and meets weekly on Tuesdays at 17:00 CET via Microsoft Teams. Membership is restricted to OTP Bank employees. The club's mission is to create value through the personal development of its members in a cooperative, supportive, and safe environment. Despite being a young club, Bankmasters won two awards at the 2021 spring regional speech competition — in the Hungarian-language inspirational speech and speech evaluation categories — with competitors advancing to the national finals.

Membership & sessions

Membership is restricted to OTP Bank employees. Guests may attend pre-announced club meetings; new members may join periodically as announced. Toastmasters International dues are $60 USD per six-month period (i.e. $120 USD/year), plus a one-time new member fee of $25 USD. Individual club dues may apply additionally.
