Central Austin Toastmasters

Central Austin Toastmasters is a friendly, supportive public speaking and leadership club founded in February 1991. Members meet every Monday evening at the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection Parish Hall in central Austin, with hybrid attendance available via Google Meet. The club is open to all — guests attend free of charge. Since 1991, members have practiced prepared speeches, impromptu speaking (Table Topics), constructive evaluations, and leadership roles. The club has earned multiple President's Distinguished Club awards and participates in the Toastmasters Distinguished Club Program (DCP). A monthly social dinner follows the third Monday meeting.

Membership & sessions

Guests attend for free. New members joining Toastmasters for the first time pay $105 (includes a one-time $20 Pathways registration fee plus the first semi-annual dues payment). Returning Toastmasters members pay $60 every six months (due before April and October). Dues are pro-rated based on the month of joining.
