Membership is open to all interested parties with no restrictions. Toastmasters International dues are $60 USD per semiannual period (April–September and October–March), paid twice yearly. A one-time new member fee of $25 USD applies to first-time Toastmasters members. Dues may be prorated at $10/month for members joining mid-cycle. Guests may attend meetings for free without obligation to join.

The 577 Albany Avenue address is a mailing address only (New York Center of Truth) and is not the current meeting location. All meetings are currently held online.
