University of Sydney CCE – Listen and Speak Under Pressure
A one-day professional development workshop delivered by the University of Sydney's Centre for Continuing Education (CCE).
The course teaches a structured, four-step system for listening and speaking confidently under pressure — covering Q&A sessions, ad hoc meeting questions, and high-stakes encounters with senior executives. Facilitated by Michael Kelly, a communication trainer with over 20 years of experience, the course uses repeated practice attempts and collegial feedback to build real-world fluency.
