Berliner Redekünstler

Berliner Redekünstler is a German-language Toastmasters club based in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, chartered in 2005. The club helps members develop public speaking, rhetoric, communication, and leadership skills in a supportive, non-profit environment. Guests are always welcome free of charge. After meetings, members often continue socializing at a nearby restaurant.

Membership & sessions

Membership is open to all with no restrictions. Members pay Toastmasters International dues of $60 USD per 6-month period (plus 19% German VAT since July 2024, totalling approx. $71.40 USD per 6 months). A one-time new member fee of $25 USD applies upon joining. Individual club dues may apply additionally — contact the club for current rates. Guests may attend meetings for free.

Club Number: 00817792, District 95, Area C02. Chartered: September 29, 2005. Meetings are conducted in German. After club evenings, members often continue at a nearby restaurant. The club relocated to the Kurt-Tucholsky-Bibliothek in March 2025.
