Mut und Rede – Toastmasters Neukölln

Mut und Rede – Toastmasters Neukölln is a non-profit public speaking club in Berlin affiliated with Toastmasters International (District 95, Division C). It offers a friendly and supportive environment for practising prepared speeches, impromptu speaking (Table Topics), speech evaluations, and leadership roles. The club currently has more than 20 active members (as of December 2025), with 15–20 members and guests attending a typical club evening. Guests are always welcome and may attend as often as they like without obligation to speak. The club also offers a standalone 'Mut und Rede Masterclass' quick-start programme for those who want to improve their public speaking without a full membership.

Membership & sessions

Mut und Rede Toastmasters Neukölln is a non-profit organisation. Membership requires payment of Toastmasters International semiannual dues ($60 USD per 6-month period, plus 19% German VAT since July 2024, totalling approx. $71.40 USD per period) as well as a one-time new member fee ($25 USD). Additional club-level dues may apply; contact the club for the current exact amount. Membership grants access to the Toastmasters Pathways learning platform (Base Camp) and all club activities. Guests may attend freely before joining. Participants who complete the Mut und Rede Masterclass (€40) have the €20 club new-member fee waived if they subsequently join.
