Guests may attend meetings for free with no obligation to participate. To become a member, attendees complete a Toastmasters International Membership Application. International dues are $60 USD per 6-month period (billed in April and October), prorated at $10 USD/month for mid-period joiners. A one-time new member fee of $25 USD applies (effective October 1, 2025). Membership includes access to the Toastmasters Pathways learning experience (first path included). There is no membership restriction — the club is open to all interested parties.

Meeting schedule: Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Doors open at 6:30 PM CET; official start at 6:45 PM sharp; ends approximately 8:30 PM. A 15-minute guest introduction session is offered at 6:30 PM before the main meeting.

FBTM is the oldest Toastmasters club in Berlin. The club meets at St. Lukas Church (Gemeindesaal, first floor of the building to the right of the church), a short walk from S-Bahn Anhalter Bahnhof. The club motto is 'We support, you succeed!' Members come from diverse personal and professional backgrounds. The club is part of Toastmasters International District 95 (Europe, Middle East & Africa).
