Membership is open to all (no restrictions). Toastmasters International dues are $60 USD per 6-month period (renewal periods: April–September and October–March), plus a one-time new member fee of $25 USD which covers the first Pathways learning path and administrative processing. Individual clubs may also charge supplementary club dues; contact the club for specifics. Guests may attend unlimited meetings for free before joining.

Free parking is available in a nearby garage on Monday nights from 6:15–8:00 PM; enter from K Street between 17th and 18th Streets. The Gathering Place is the meeting hall on the east side of the church property, not the main church building. Club is part of Toastmasters International District 39, Division W, Area 34.
