River City Toastmasters Club

River City Toastmasters Club (Club #7997) is a nonprofit public speaking and leadership club based in downtown Sacramento, California. Founded in December 1990, the club meets every Thursday at noon in the Old Historic Sacramento City Hall Council Chambers and also offers online attendance via Zoom, making it a fully hybrid club. The club is open to all interested parties with no membership restrictions, welcoming everyone from young professionals to experienced managers and those seeking personal growth.

Membership & sessions

Membership is open to all with no restrictions. Toastmasters International semiannual dues are $60 USD (paid twice yearly, April 1 and October 1). A one-time new member fee of $25 USD applies (effective October 1, 2025). Additional local club dues may apply — contact the club for current rates. Guests may attend meetings for free before joining.
