Cégep Garneau – Prendre la Parole en Public
A continuing education course offered by Formation Continue du Cégep Garneau in Québec City. The course aims to help participants become comfortable with public speaking, develop ease and confidence, and reveal the speaker within. Through various topics and techniques, participants learn to manage nervousness, acquire foundational oral expression and voice placement skills, and master verbal, paraverbal, and non-verbal communication. Upon completion, participants have the tools to captivate an audience, amplify the impact of their message, and overcome monotone or uncertain delivery. Open to anyone wishing to improve oral communication — no prerequisites required.
