McGill Toastmasters Club

McGill Toastmasters Club (Club #4311) is a long-standing public speaking and leadership club chartered in March 1998, based at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. Part of Toastmasters International District 61, Area G63, the club meets every Tuesday at 5:45 PM in a hybrid format — in person at Room 241 and online via Zoom. Open to students, staff, and the general public, the club provides a supportive environment to develop communication, public speaking, and leadership skills through the Toastmasters Pathways educational program.

Membership & sessions

Open to all (no membership restriction). Toastmasters International semiannual dues: $60 USD per 6-month period (pro-rated at $10 USD/month for mid-cycle joiners), plus a one-time $25 USD new member fee. Renewal periods start April 1 and October 1. Additional club-level dues may apply — contact the club for current rates. Guests may attend meetings for free before joining.
