San Diego Toastmasters 7

San Diego Toastmasters 7 is the 7th Toastmasters club ever founded, chartered in 1930, making it one of the oldest in the world. Part of Toastmasters International — a nonprofit educational organization — the club meets every Thursday evening at the Normal Heights Community Center in San Diego. Members practice public speaking through prepared speeches, impromptu Table Topics, and constructive evaluations, while also developing leadership skills. The club has earned President's Distinguished Club recognition multiple years running and boasts a large, diverse membership. Guests are always welcome to attend for free.

Membership & sessions

Toastmasters International dues are approximately $120/year ($60 per 6-month period, billed in April and October). A one-time new member fee of $25 applies. Club-level dues may also apply — contact the club for exact totals. Guests may attend meetings for free with no obligation.
