Membership is open to all with no restrictions. Toastmasters International semiannual dues are $60 USD (paid twice yearly, April 1 and October 1). Dues are pro-rated if joining mid-cycle. Club dues are paid separately by check (made to 'Seattle Sunrise'), cash, or Cash App. A one-time new member fee of $25 USD applies (as of October 2025). Guests may attend meetings for free before committing.
