Guests may attend any number of meetings for free with no reservation required. Full membership requires joining Toastmasters International (Club #2419); members are automatically enrolled in the Toastmasters Pathways educational program. Open to all individuals aged 18 and over. No membership restriction — the club is open to all interested parties. Members receive a mentor, access to educational materials, EasySpeak meeting management, and the club's internal mailing list.

Services: Prepared speeches (Toastmasters Pathways educational program), Table Topics (impromptu speaking practice), Speech evaluations and peer feedback, Meeting roles (coordinator, timekeeper, grammar checker, evaluator, etc.), Toastmasters International membership and Pathways program enrollment, Personal mentoring from experienced club members, Networking events, Communication and leadership skills development, Hybrid meetings (in-person and online via Zoom), Free guest attendance (no reservation required)

Meeting schedule: 2nd and 4th Saturday morning of every month, at Tokyo Voluntary Action Center (TVAC), Iidabashi, and online via Zoom
