Tokyo American Club (TAC) Toastmasters

TAC Toastmasters Club is a Toastmasters International chapter (Club #03050495, District 76, Area G05) based at the Tokyo American Club in Minato-ku, Tokyo. Chartered on May 5, 2013, the club brings together Tokyo American Club members seeking to elevate communication and leadership skills in a fun and supportive setting. Meetings are held in a hybrid format on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 12:00 to 13:30. The club draws around 20–30 participants per meeting and has been recognised as a Distinguished Club (2018–2019) and winner of the District 76 best club promotional video award. Membership is restricted to Tokyo American Club members or guests of TAC members; visiting Toastmasters from other recognised clubs are also welcome as guests. The club also sponsors the Tokyo American Club Junior Toastmasters Program for children.

Membership & sessions

Membership is restricted to Tokyo American Club (TAC) members; the Tokyo American Club is a private membership club with professional and/or educational prerequisites. TAC members can register for meetings via the TAC website or TAC Library. Visiting Toastmasters from other Toastmasters International-recognised clubs are welcome as guests. Non-TAC members who are not affiliated with another Toastmasters club should visit http://district76.org/en/ to find an open club. Luncheon fee: ¥2,970 for TAC Toastmasters members (includes ¥200 subsidy); ¥3,560 for guests (exact cash required). To join, contact the club via the website Contact Us form or speak to a TAC Toastmasters officer at a meeting.
