Tokyo International Toastmasters Club

Tokyo International Toastmasters Club is a bilingual (Japanese and English) public speaking club based in Oimachi, Shinagawa, Tokyo. Founded in February 2007 and chartered on January 23, 2008, the club meets at Curian (Shinagawa Citizens Hall) in front of Oimachi Station (Tokyu Oimachi Line, JR Line, and Rinkai Line). The club is part of Toastmasters International (Club #01039199, District 76, Area G04). Meetings are conducted in both English and Japanese, with sessions alternating between the two languages. The club welcomes beginners and experienced speakers alike, and guests may attend for free.

Membership & sessions

Open to all; no membership restrictions. Guests may attend meetings for free. Members pay Toastmasters International semi-annual dues of $60 USD (approximately every 6 months, due April 1 and October 1). A one-time new member fee of $25 USD applies upon joining (effective October 1, 2025). Individual club dues may apply in addition; contact the club for current local fee details.
